Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to our company's workflow processes and call standards to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all interactions with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all relevant parties in the transaction to ensure smooth progress.
  • Manage the progress of transactions from instruction to completion, chasing solicitors for updates and inputting accurate information into internal systems.
  • Provide guidance to sellers and buyers on the conveyancing process and ensure that agents and clients are informed of case progress.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and establish and report forecasted exchanges monthly to the business and referring agents.
  • Add relevant information to reports and spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, and estate agent clients on a regular basis and maintain internal systems accordingly.
  • Represent the company at all times and adhere to internal escalation procedures.
Requirements:
  • Estate agency experience is essential, with conveyancing industry knowledge being desirable.
  • High levels of professionalism, self-motivation, empathy, and adaptability are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer service focus and confident telephone manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to accurately record admin.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage own workload, diary, and tasks, and be IT literate.
