As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
  2. Identifying client requirements and matching those to our property portfolio.
  3. Developing a polite and confident telephone manner and effectively communicating details.
  4. Managing your time efficiently to maximize appointment and activity levels.
  5. Attending relevant training courses to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A target-driven and tenacious approach.
  2. The ability to work effectively within a team.
  3. Motivation and enthusiasm at all times.
  4. High standards of service and presentation.
  5. Good organizational skills.
  6. A drive to be the top performer in every league table.
  7. A car owner with a full driving license.
  8. Business use insurance.
  9. The legal right to work in the UK.
