Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  2. Identify client requirements and match them to our extensive property portfolio.
  3. Develop a polite and confident telephone manner, effectively communicating details to clients.
  4. Manage your time efficiently to maximize appointment and activity levels.
  5. Participate in relevant training courses to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance.

Requirements:

  1. Be target-driven and tenacious, with a strong desire to succeed.
  2. Work effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive environment.
  3. Remain motivated and enthusiastic at all times, demonstrating high standards of service and presentation.
  4. Display excellent organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  5. Be a car owner with a full driving license and have business use insurance.
  6. Have the legal right to work in the UK.
