About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Leadership Portfolio Manager to join our team in London City. This is a full-time position that involves working closely with the Head of Change to support the delivery of transformation and alignment of the portfolio with company strategy, regulatory requirements, and desired outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing detailed insight to C-level and internal stakeholders through relevant data and information. This includes working with the Change Leadership team to ensure the portfolio integrated roadmap and transition phases of the transformation have the correct inputs.

  • Create reports to demonstrate the health of the portfolio and present information in a creative and engaging way.
  • Develop and maintain slide packs and data sets for monthly meetings, including Executive SteerCo and Portfolio Governance overview.
  • Support the Change team with core project activities across the project lifecycle, including governance setup, resource management, RAID management, and more.
  • Maintain a central view of required and projected spend through engagement across business functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in Portfolio Management Office of large-scale transformation programs/projects.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data quality.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic individual.
  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders, providing robust advice, constructive challenge, influencing decisions, and delivering well-constructed data and insights.

Estimated Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
