About the Position
We are partnering with a primary school in Kettering to recruit a full-time Early Years teacher.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create high-quality lesson plans for young learners, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Track Progress and Adapt: Regularly assess children's progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Foster Relationships: Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, providing regular updates on progress and development.
- Collaborate and Share Resources: Work with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and ideas.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure a secure learning environment.
Requirements
- Qualifications: A recognised Early Years teaching qualification, such as PGCE or EYTS.
- Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and a creative approach to teaching.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Pedagogical Commitment: A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive difference.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £76,800 - £129,400 per year, based on a daily rate of £150 - £250. This is a competitive offer, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality education to young learners.
