A specialist renewables division within a national group of electrical distribution companies in the UK is seeking a Graduate Trainee Sales Manager to join them in Maidstone. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a well-presented, sales-focused graduate to embark on a rewarding career in renewable energy sales.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for learning about key areas of the business, market, and the company's renewable electrical product range, which includes solar panels, PV-powered hot water tanks, air-source heat pumps, boiler & heating controls, and more. They will also complete a comprehensive programme of professional sales training, equipping them with the skills and tools needed to thrive in a successful sales career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities for growth and maximisation of profitability.
  • Progress to a field sales position where you will meet customers face-to-face and proactively win new business.

Salary: The package for this graduate sales role includes a competitive starting salary of £29,000 - £30,000 per annum.
