About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our Technical Team in Byfleet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of projects, working closely with the Head of Technical to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing detailed working drawings for complex retirement apartment projects
  • Verifying and approving supplier information
  • Liaising with the NHBC to ensure compliance with current building regulations
  • Creating site-specific technical details
  • Attending regular site meetings
  • Liaising with external consultants and statutory bodies to ensure high-quality drawings
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Technician with knowledge of relevant regulations, including Building and Fire Regulations. You will be proficient in AutoCAD and have experience with BIM software such as Revit. Initiative, flexibility, and excellent time management skills are essential, as you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously and making decisions on design, technical, and site issues.
