About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our Technical Team in Byfleet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of projects, working under the direction of the Head of Technical.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Producing working drawings for complex retirement apartment projects.
  • Verifying and approving supplier information.
  • Liaising with the NHBC to ensure compliance with current building regulations.
  • Creating site-specific technical details.
  • Attending regular site meetings.
  • Liaising with external consultants and statutory bodies to ensure the provision of high-quality drawings.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of external contacts, including consultants, suppliers, statutory authorities, sub-contractors, and the NHBC to ensure that all approvals are achieved in line with project completion.
