HR Coordinator Job Description

Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a skilled HR Coordinator on a permanent basis.

This is an all-encompassing role that requires a generalist approach to HR support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and support.
  • Collaborate with the management team to address employee relations and performance management issues.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition activities, including interviews and inductions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Support the HR employee checks process in conjunction with the Security and Vetting Team.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organisation's overall business strategy.
  • Review and update HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and CIPD best practices.
  • Assist with the salary review process and benefits program.
  • Support learning and development initiatives and monitor training programs.
  • Provide administrative support to enhance HR standards.
  • Attend relevant CIPD events and share knowledge with the team.

  • CIPD level 3 qualification or willingness to study.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases with intermediate-level MS Excel skills.
  • Understanding of legal and HR best practices and their application in a business setting.
  • Career-oriented and motivated individual.
