Structural Performance Expert

CBSbutler has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Structural Performance Expert to join their Design team.
The role involves leading the structural analysis and testing of rocket motor systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership of structural analysis and testing activities, including developing test plans and assessing results.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development of rocket motor systems.
- Development of technical reports and documentation to support the design process.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Aerospace or Structural or another related discipline such as Material Science.
- Experience with ABAQUS software and FEA analysis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + attractive benefits package
