We are seeking a skilled Stress Engineer to join our Design team, responsible for delivering cutting-edge technical expertise in structural performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse new and existing rocket motor systems using FEA software, ensuring optimal structural and thermal performance.
  • Develop and execute structural test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of project objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement robust design standards and testing procedures.
  • Delve into material science research to advance the understanding of structural materials and their applications in rocket motors.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in ABAQUS software, with experience in CAD modelling and simulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

About the Role:

Salary Information:
