Your Role

We are seeking a Service Excellence Specialist to join our team at SUSHISAMBA UK. This newly opened cocktail bar and lounge, situated on the 39th floor of London's Heron Tower, offers an exceptional dining experience to guests. As a Service Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest is welcomed warmly, providing flawless service throughout their experience, and making their time with us a memorable one.

Your Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

- Experience working as a Head Waiter or Waiter in a similar fast-paced environment
- Good English language communication skills
- Drink lounge/bar experience preferable
- Ability to maintain set processes and standards
- Flexibility to work any 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday
