Job Title: Co-Educator/SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and caring Co-Educator/SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly school family. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality support to our pupils with severe learning difficulties, including those with autism and/or challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to pupils with complex needs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of personalized learning plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Support pupils in developing their social, emotional, and behavioral skills

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
  • Strong knowledge of sensory learning and therapeutic approaches
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
