Job Description:
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join their team in Durham. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting building condition surveys, quinquennial inspections, and preparing detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.

Salary Details:
The estimated annual salary for this position is between £30,000 and £45,000, dependent on experience. This is a competitive rate reflecting the level of expertise required and the cost of living in Durham.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough building condition surveys and quinquennial inspections
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations
- Offer expert guidance on building regulations, planning, and listed buildings applications

Requirements:
- A BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying or a related field
- Significant work experience in building surveying, preferably with knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of building construction, health & safety, and relevant legislation
