About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Production MIG Welder Specialist to join our team in Kettering. The ideal candidate will have experience using jigs, with forklift operation being an advantage. This position offers an immediate start with the potential for a temp-to-perm transition, ensuring that you are the right fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG welding tasks using jigs.
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.
- Operate forklifts (if licensed) to assist in production processes.
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience as a MIG welder is essential.
- Familiarity with using jigs in production settings.
- Forklift license and experience are advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What Our Client Offers:

- Competitive pay: £12.38 per hour with a £40 weekly attendance bonus, equating to £13.08 per hour.
- Overtime opportunities at £18.57 per hour.
- On-site canteen and free parking.
- Two half-hour breaks daily: 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM.
