About the Role

Adecco is seeking a skilled Production MIG Welder to join their team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience using jigs, with forklift operation being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding tasks using jigs to meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Operate forklifts (if licensed) to assist in production processes.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a MIG welder is essential.
  • Familiarity with using jigs in production settings.
  • Forklift license and experience are advantageous but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay: £12.38 per hour with a £40 weekly attendance bonus, equating to £13.08 per hour.
  • Overtime opportunities at £18.57 per hour.
  • On-site canteen and free parking.
  • Two half-hour breaks daily.
