Job Title: Support Worker - Female Only

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with varying abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
  • Support our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence and helping individuals achieve their aspirations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility and creativity in working with individuals and their families.
  • Ideal experience in personal care (not essential).
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota where required.
