As a Beer Adventurer at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. This includes providing tours of our facility, educational beer tastings, and serving as an ambassador for our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Provide engaging and informative tours of our brewery, highlighting our history, culture, and brewing process.
- Beertend in our tasting room, providing exceptional customer service and guiding guests through beer tastings.
- Support administrative tasks, including tour desk operations, phone and email responses, and general lobby maintenance.
- Assist with retail and gift store sales, merchandising, and First Impression Team support.
- Maintain accurate tour records and participate in sensory panel evaluations.
- Prior customer service experience and direct or experiential marketing experience are preferred.
- Ability to learn and retain detailed information about beer and present it in an engaging manner.
- Passion for craft beer and ability to taste, describe, and evaluate beer qualities.
- Ability to obtain a California Food Handler Card and TIPS alcohol awareness certification.
- Effective time management, people skills, and excellent communication and reasoning skills.
