We're seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beer Adventurer to join our team at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. As a key member of our Guest Experience department, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests, showcasing our brewery's history, culture, and commitment to sustainability.

• Provide engaging and informative tours of our brewery, highlighting our history, brewing process, and sustainability practices.
• Offer beer tastings and educational experiences in our tasting room, garden, or virtual platforms.
• Support administrative tasks, including tour desk operations, phone and email responses, and general lobby maintenance.
• Maintain accurate tour records and contribute to the overall success of our Guest Experience department.

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct or experiential marketing experience, with a passion for craft beer and the ability to describe its qualities and characteristics.
• Ability to learn and retain detailed information, presenting it in an engaging and fun manner to diverse groups.
• Passion for craft beer, with the ability to evaluate flavor profiles and participate in our Sensory Panel.
• Ability to obtain TIPS alcohol awareness certification within 90 days of start date.
• Experience with virtual beer tastings and digital platforms, including Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
