Job Description:

  • To manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house and maintenance teams.
  • To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and quality control.
  • To drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and partnership development.
  • To ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • To develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
