Night Porter Opportunity

City Pub Group is seeking a Night Porter to join our team at Aragon House, a boutique 15-bedroom hotel in Parsons Green. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and the hotel throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their requests and needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Greet and check in late arrivals, ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the hotel, including room preparation and health and safety checks.
  • Set up for breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient start to the day.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our high service standards and maintain a positive working environment.
