Achilles Group Limited is seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join its high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing actionable insights to senior management, the board, and lenders, with a strong focus on cash management.

Key Responsibilities

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for supporting key deliverables, including monthly board and lender reporting, rolling re-forecasts, and annual budgeting cycles. The role will also involve gathering data from multiple sources to identify trends for KPIs, sales, and costs, as well as supporting the FP&A manager with balance sheet and cashflow reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong academics, with a minimum of a 2:1 degree in a numerate subject from a top university. Previous experience in financial analysis, accounting, and/or business analytics is advantageous. The successful candidate will also have high attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
