Football Development Partner Role

The Chest is seeking a highly skilled Football Development Partner to drive forward the provision of football pitches and facilities in Crewe. As a key partner, you will work closely with the Football Foundation and local stakeholders to achieve this goal.

This project aims to address the shortfall of third-generation artificial grass pitches in the area, as identified in the Council's Playing Pitch & Outdoor Sport Strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a Football Development Partner for King George V Playing Field, Crewe, including feasibility studies and obtaining relevant consents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Football Development Partner for King George V Playing Field, Crewe
  • Conduct feasibility studies and obtain relevant consents
  • Work with the Football Foundation and local stakeholders to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of football development and pitch maintenance
  • Experience working with local authorities and sports organizations
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships
