Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will work with individuals who require complex care, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. You will provide personalized support and care to help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and communication needs
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience working in care and support, preferably with individuals with complex needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull nurse-led training will be provided
