Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will work with individuals who require complex care, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. You will provide personalized support and care to enable our clients to live independently and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Support clients with their medication and medical needs
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in care and support work, preferably with individuals with complex needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our clients
