We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Adult Assessment Team at Lancashire County Council.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide support to adults in need
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement care plans
Work closely with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements:
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
