Senior Data Analyst for Social Housing

Mears Group PLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join its repairs and maintenance division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the social housing sector and experience in managing and optimising repairs and maintenance operations.

Job DescriptionThe primary goal of this role is to enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and support decision-making processes within the repairs and maintenance operations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, efficiencies, and performance gaps in repairs and maintenance activities.
- Systems Management: Support the implementation and management of business systems related to repairs, maintenance, and housing management systems.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service delivery and compliance against internal and regulatory standards.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of repairs and maintenance services.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure that all processes and activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real impact on our operations. We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company van, fuel card, and uniform.
Required Skills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the social housing, repairs, or property management sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with housing or management systems and/or repairs management software.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and regulations within the social housing sector in England.
