Job Title: Commissioning Development Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Development Coordinator to join our team at the NHS South East London Integrated Care Board. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our commissioning strategies, ensuring that our services are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and other key partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide analytical and technical support to inform commissioning decisions, including data analysis, report writing, and presentation development.
  • Support the development and implementation of commissioning strategies, including service redesign, contract management, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective coordination and delivery of commissioning projects.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on commissioning principles, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate diploma level or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
