Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Development Coordinator to join our integrated primary and community transformation team in Bromley. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering our whole-system model of care, aligned with One Bromley's strategic plan.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop insights about primary and community services using data and information
  • Monitor contract delivery and design effective communications for various audiences
  • Lead the implementation of projects and coordinate complex requests on behalf of the team
  • Build strong working relationships with GP practices and One Bromley health and care partners
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior clinical leaders, healthcare professionals, and the public. You will have the chance to develop your skills in healthcare policy, population health management, and data-driven approaches. As a Commissioning Development Coordinator, you will be expected to work in a flexible and delivery-focused manner, resolving issues and finding solutions to problems.

Person Specification
  • Postgraduate diploma level or equivalent experience in a specialist area
  • Demonstrated experience of project management principles, tools, and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems, interpret and present data
  • Numerate and ability to understand complex financial issues
