Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support a new project, ensuring smooth and efficient operations through key administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and customers, handling inquiries via email and our website.
- Organize company events, conferences, training sessions, and meetings, providing exceptional logistical support.
- Represent Harper Finance at events and meetings, offering assistance to the team.
- Take minutes and prepare reports for planning, utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Collaborate with the finance team by monitoring spending, processing invoices, and maintaining adherence to procedures.
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel, applying analytical skills to enhance business operations.
- Possess a professional telephone manner, ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders.
This part-time role, requiring 12 hours per week, will commence in January 2025. The successful candidate must be willing to travel occasionally to attend events across the country.
Estimated Salary:£27,500 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
