Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support a new project, ensuring smooth and efficient operations through key administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and customers, handling inquiries via email and our website.
  2. Organize company events, conferences, training sessions, and meetings, providing exceptional logistical support.
  3. Represent Harper Finance at events and meetings, offering assistance to the team.
  4. Take minutes and prepare reports for planning, utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  5. Collaborate with the finance team by monitoring spending, processing invoices, and maintaining adherence to procedures.
  6. Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel, applying analytical skills to enhance business operations.
  7. Possess a professional telephone manner, ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders.

This part-time role, requiring 12 hours per week, will commence in January 2025. The successful candidate must be willing to travel occasionally to attend events across the country.

Estimated Salary:

£27,500 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
