Portfolio Procurement is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function for a leading Property company. This role will be based at home, with occasional travel to sites across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on all contract tenders and renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement budget planning and forecasting processes to optimize procurement spend.
- Benchmark services and contracts to ensure best value for the company.
- Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with ESG / Net Zero targets.
- Perform market analysis of emerging suppliers to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Utilize Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement for residential property or facilities management.
- Strong leadership skills to manage procurement teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
