Join Our Team as a Property Manager in Leeds

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Switch Properties in Leeds. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Handle tenant inquiries, agreements, and rental payments with professionalism and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure client satisfaction
  • Oversee property marketing and tenant screening processes to secure quality tenants
  • Create and maintain listings of available properties
  • Manage property maintenance with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management; student lets would be preferential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of property management software and relevant regulations
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
