We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Starna Scientific Ltd. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in maintaining our global reputation for quality and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer accounts and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee inventory and stock requirements to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Prepare documentation for shipping and export, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Provide quotations and communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs.
- Resolve any issues that arise with customer orders, providing excellent customer service.
- Input sales orders into our in-house computer system, maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with the production department regarding customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure payment is received according to invoice terms, maintaining a high level of financial accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales files, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Support Dispatch with the picking and packing of products, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
