We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wisbech, working with students who require additional support due to Special Educational Needs and Mental Health challenges.

About the Role:

  • Job Type: Full-time & permanent Position Available
  • Salary: £23,000 - £24,500 per annum (approximately £440-£460 per week)
  • Hours: 8:30 - 3:45

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the needs of individual students.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in teaching or a related field.
  • An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
