FDM Group, a leading business and technology consultancy, is seeking an Automation Engineer to join our team in the accounting sector. This role is a 6-month contract with the possibility of going permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, including Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Mulesoft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess the potential impact of automation on business processes.
- Configure and maintain RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use and interact with automated processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in RPA technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automation engineering, with a focus on RPA technologies such as Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Mulesoft.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.
