FP&A Manager Opportunity at Stanton House

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our commercial finance team at Stanton House. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions, managing budgets, and developing KPI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the forecasting and budgeting process for the business
  • Providing analysis and guidance to support strategic decision making
  • Ownership of the cost base for the organisation, partnering with cost centre owners to challenge and improve
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient month-end processes
  • Supporting continuous improvements across the finance team and wider business

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Experience with PowerBI desirable but not essential
  • Brilliant interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on approach
  • Strong Excel and systems skills
