Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience in End-of-Life Care.
  • Current valid driving license and use of a car insured for business use.
  • Relevant experience in Palliative Care is desirable.
  • Emotional strength and ability to work independently, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work nights and flexible hours, with access to a computer and internet for mandatory training.
