Team Leader

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Patient Access management team as a Team Leader. This is a key leadership role that will play a crucial part in the development of our outpatient services into a modern and patient-focused service.
Main Responsibilities- To lead and manage a team of staff to provide an efficient and effective administration service to our patients and clinicians.
- To work with peers across the Trust to achieve and improve performance against local and national standards.
- To ensure that staff adhere to the Patient Access Department standard operating procedures and highlight any situations where this is not achievable to senior management.
- To provide cross-cover for other Team Leaders across the function to ensure a consistent and effective service is maintained.
- To attend relevant meetings and provide input as requested by the Access/Site Managers.
