We are partnering with a leading advertising company in the luxury real estate sector to recruit a driven and ambitious Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, target-focused environment and is looking for an exciting opportunity to progress.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and contacting potential clients in the high-end real estate market. This role requires sourcing leads, making outbound calls, and setting appointments with key decision-makers. Strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential clients in the luxury real estate market
  • Source your own leads and data, targeting high-end business owners
  • Make outbound calls to introduce advertising services and set appointments
  • Present value propositions and build relationships with decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in a CRM system
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies
  • Provide feedback to improve the appointment-setting process
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections
  • Ability to build rapport with high-end clients and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage but not essential
