We are partnering with a leading advertising company in the luxury real estate sector to recruit a driven and ambitious Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, target-focused environment and is looking for an exciting opportunity to progress.
Job Overview:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and contacting potential clients in the high-end real estate market. This role requires sourcing leads, making outbound calls, and setting appointments with key decision-makers. Strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential clients in the luxury real estate market
- Source your own leads and data, targeting high-end business owners
- Make outbound calls to introduce advertising services and set appointments
- Present value propositions and build relationships with decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in a CRM system
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies
- Provide feedback to improve the appointment-setting process
- Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections
- Ability to build rapport with high-end clients and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage but not essential
- Realistic OTE of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
- Flexible working options, remote or office-based
