About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Holiday Club Play Leader to join our team at Let Me Play. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a variety of fun-filled activities and supervising children at our Fun Week programme in the school holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate your team to ensure they are delivering the programme to a high standard
  • Liaise with parents, staffing team, and directors on a regular basis
  • Ensure sessions delivered are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children
  • Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care
  • Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently
  • Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is: Fun, Inclusive, and Educational
  • Understand the individual needs of the staff and children in our care and challenge/engage them appropriately
  • Deal with any first aid/emergency situation
  • Be approachable in liaising with parents
  • Be committed to ensuring every session is delivered to the best of your ability
  • Be creative and passionate in your delivery
