About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our Fun Week programme at Winchester Sport & Leisure Park. As a Holiday Club Play Leader, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of fun-filled activities and supervising children aged 5-12 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate your team to ensure a high-quality programme delivery
  • Liaise with parents, staffing team, and directors on a regular basis
  • Ensure sessions are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children
  • Create a positive learning environment for children in our care
  • Deliver coaching programmes to a high standard consistently
  • Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything delivered is fun, inclusive, and educational
  • Deal with first aid/emergency situations
  • Be approachable in liaising with parents
  • Be committed to delivering every session to the best of your ability
Requirements
  • Keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children
  • Experience working at children's holiday camps and/or childcare settings
  • Willingness to develop skills and general practice
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed
  • Experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to interact well with staff, parents/carers, and children
