Salary: c£ per day PAYE + holiday pay

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Project Manager to join our client, a leading international financial services business, on a 6-month contract. As an Interim HR Project Manager, you will have full ownership of the delivery of projects, starting with effective requirements gathering, scope definition, through to delivery and implementation spanning HR process automation, HR systems, and compensation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compensation projects, including benefits, pensions, and job grading
  • Develop and implement HR process automation and HR systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Proven experience of HR project management within a complex financial services business
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid manner for 3 days per week from the London City office
