**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Child and Family Psychotherapist to join our team at Sunflower House, a specialist inpatient unit for children aged 5-13 with complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing systemic psychotherapy assessments, interventions, and consultations to families and professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in family and systemic psychotherapy, accredited by UKCP, and at least three years of experience in working with families and children. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
