Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at The IN Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for growing and engaging our communities across various social media platforms, forums, and other digital channels.

About the Role:

  • Create and curate high-quality content tailored to each platform, including research papers, social media updates, and community newsletters.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with overall revenue goals in collaboration with the Community Director.
  • Actively manage and engage with online communities across social platforms and our CRM system.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and cultivate relationships with internal brand ambassadors, influencers, and key community members.
  • Monitor community engagement metrics, provide regular reports, and adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content across various digital channels to grow and nurture our communities.
  • Podcast Creation: Support the Community Leads and Directors to host and promote regular podcast series.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute virtual and physical community events, webinars, or meetups to deepen community relationships.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Brand Advocacy: Foster meaningful conversations and increase brand awareness through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years+) in community management, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and ability to maintain consistency across platforms.
