Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality childcare that prioritizes children's safety, well-being, and development.
  • An understanding of child development theories, the Early Years Foundation Stage, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and parents.
