Caversham Valley OSHClub is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Permanent Educator to join our team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 15 hours per week, with the possibility of picking up extra hours during school holidays.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging child-centered programs, working closely with a Coordinator to ensure seamless operation of the service. You will also be required to foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.

  • You will have the opportunity to work with a team of skilled Educators onsite, creating fun and exciting experiences for children aged 5-12 years.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents or concerns to management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To have a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • To have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • To be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • To hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children
  • To have obtained or be studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
