Job Duties:- Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Assist in the implementation of Educational Health and Care Plans (EHCP's).
- Support students with Autistic Spectrum Condition and Social Emotional Mental Health needs.
- Work closely with teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
- Help students to access the curriculum and participate in classroom activities.
- Provide one-to-one support as required.
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Previous experience working with children with SEND.
Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3)
Experience:Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of Autistic Spectrum Condition and Social Emotional Mental Health.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with SEND.
- First Aid certification
- Mental Health First Aid training
- Work in a school setting
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday 8:30-15:30
- Supportive team environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
