Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced hairdresser/hairdressing lecturer to join our Hair & Beauty team at the Lewes campus.

This role would suit either an established lecturer or an industry specialist looking to get into teaching.

The post holder will be required to deliver practical and theory lessons and monitor students' progress as part of the tutoring role.

Applicants should have a good range of experience and qualifications within the hairdressing industry and will be required to have the following:

• Hairdressing qualification at Level 3 and above

• Teaching qualification - not essential but desirable

• Assessors award - not essential/highly desirable

• Excellent knowledge of the hairdressing industry and working within industry

• An effective communicator

• Self-motivated and well organised

• Commitment to further professional development
