Barbering Instructor

Teaching Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Barber/Hairdressing lecturer to join our Hair & Beauty team at the Lewes campus.

The post holder will be required to deliver practical and theory lessons and monitor students' progress as part of the tutoring role.

Applicants should have a good range of experience and qualifications within the hairdressing industry and will be required to have the following:

• Hairdressing/Barbering qualification at Level 3 and above

• Teaching qualification - not essential but desirable

• Assessors award - not essential / highly desirable

• Excellent knowledge of the hairdressing industry and working within industry

• An effective communicator

• Self-motivated and well organised

• Commitment to further professional development
