We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our UK Wastewater Services team at Hydro International Limited. As a Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, including the repair and maintenance of equipment, and the compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve workshop efficiency and safety.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements
  • Valid driving license and CSCS card.
  • Previous experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of water industry and inlet/water equipment (desirable).
  • Computer literacy and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
